When I was in practice I'd be called upon to cut
off, without an anaesthetic, puppy tails that were
as big as my finger . This is a barbaric practice
which should have been banned years ago. Gandhi said " I hold

"We are a busy 5 man small animal practice. We still see

breeders with no veterinary input. This whole practice needs
